Find Support, Skills And A Life That Fits

Because a diagnosis is just the beginning.

BLAME

Life hits hard when you have ADHD, and it especially leaves scars when you weren’t diagnosed early. You didn’t get the compassion and treatment you deserved when you needed it most. Without a diagnosis, you grew up thinking your symptoms were your fault.

SHAME

You still carry labels and shame from a childhood full of negative experiences in which you felt like you “didn’t get the memo.” A lifetime of correction, punishment, and embarrassment has taken its toll. You’ve gotten really good at hiding. You wish it was enough to just be yourself.

DRAIN

Now that you’re an adult, you might be a little better at staying on top of life (or maybe not), but you’re working so hard to stay afloat. You may be taking a closer look at your relationships and find that things aren’t feeling quite right.

The cracks are starting to show.

Maybe you want to take off the mask and breathe a little.

you’ve found the right place.

FAQ

  • This will definitely vary depending on your needs, whether you’re just looking for some practical skills and solutions, or if you want to also do some deeper-dive trauma therapy.

Generally we’ll start out meeting weekly in order to build our relationship and get some good momentum started. As things improve, many clients will “taper down” to every other week. But it’s all in your court!

  • No problem! We can meet for a few sessions, and if you’re still wondering, we can do a comprehensive ADHD screening. Contact me for more details.

  • Great question. My fee for an initial intake session (80 minutes) is $225, and regular therapy and coaching sessions (50 minutes) are $175.

  • I’m an out-of-network (OON) provider, so I am not contracted directly with any insurance companies.

Instead, I partner with a company called Thrizer, with the goal of making the whole superbill process easier for you. They’ll check your OON coverage, automatically submit superbills for you, and even offer the option to avoid having to float the cost of the session fee while you’re waiting for reimbursement. Especially for clients with ADHD, this all tends to be a huge benefit!

Get in touch with me if you’d like me to help you check on your OON benefits or if you have any questions.
