Ready to relax, unmask, and find some solutions?

You’ve come to the right place.

I help students, professionals and parents just like you, who have it in them to be grounded, confident, and equipped for all of life’s challenges, but just need some support to get there.

My clients find self-acceptance, freedom from anxiety and clarity about what comes next. They end up equipped with the tools and self-knowledge they need to navigate every area of life in a way that fits them.

I’ve walked this road

My training in therapy and ADHD coaching means I have the expertise you need and deserve when you’re grappling with an ADHD diagnosis and all that comes with it.

But at the end of the day, you want to know you’re working with someone who really understands what it means to be to find out that ADHD has been affecting you all along.

I get it because I’ve been there, both as an adult discovering that I have ADHD, and as a parent of kids with ADHD.

I know sometimes it can be so painful and frustrating to navigate a neurotypical world that wasn’t built with ADHD in mind, and that sometimes it seems like you might keep struggling forever.

So when we work together, you won’t just get a trained therapist. You’ll get someone who truly understands what you’re going through.

How is this different from other coaching or therapy?

  • Sessions with me are warm, conversational, and deeply personal. I’m a relational therapist, which means the connection between us is part of the work. You won’t get a script or a checklist — we’ll follow your goals, but we’ll also make space to pause, meander, breathe, and laugh when it’s needed. There’s no pressure to perform or stay “on track” at the expense of what’s real.

  • Sessions with me are warm and conversational. I’m a relational therapist, which means I believe that therapy is most effective when you feel safe, accepted, and comfortable.

We will focus on your short- and long-term goals, but I’m not structured or rigid. We will meander when needed, take a moment to breathe and laugh, and dive deep when the time is right.

  • Here, you’ll enjoy support and care from someone who’s walked the road you’re on. I’ve faced challenges with ADHD, parenting, chronic fatigue, religious and family trauma, homeschooling, starting my own business, going back to school, re-entering the workforce…I’ve been there.

You’ll be relieved to find that you don’t have to pretend you’re okay if you’re not, justify your big feelings or minimize your experiences; you can jump straight into what’s really bothering you with someone who truly understands.

I am dedicated to helping people thrive with adhd.
